Setting up your site
Your site’s admin is at /admin on your site’s address (for example
your-site.rafflekit.co/admin). Sign in with your RaffleKit account. The
Settings section of the sidebar has everything below.
1. Business details
Section titled “1. Business details”Settings → Business details
Add your legal name, company number, address and support email. They appear on your site and in your customers’ emails, including the legal pages every site has. Also add the address customers send postal entries to, the free way to enter that UK prize competitions must offer.
2. Payments
Section titled “2. Payments”Settings → Payments (owners only)
Connect your own Cashflows account so ticket sales are paid to you. Your API key is stored encrypted and is never shown again once saved. See Taking payments.
3. Site & branding
Section titled “3. Site & branding”Settings → Site & branding
- Brand: your colours and fonts.
- Media: your logo and pictures.
- Emails: the emails customers get, such as order confirmations.
Changes stay in a draft, so you can preview them, until you publish them. See Drafts and publishing.
4. Your own domain (optional)
Section titled “4. Your own domain (optional)”Settings → Domain
Use your own address, such as www.yourcompetitions.co.uk, instead of the
RaffleKit one. RaffleKit tells you which DNS records to add. Your site answers on the new
address once the domain and its certificate are active. See

5. Your team
Section titled “5. Your team”Settings → Team
Invite the people who’ll help you. See Owners and admins.
